Welcome to our practice; we look forward to working with you! Please use our online scheduling system (JaneApp) to request an appointment. Once you receive your confirmation, complete the forms attached to the email and return to us ASAP. If you have X-rays, reports, or labs relevant to the issue, you can bring them when you come to the office.
Your First Visit
When you come to the practice, you’ll receive a warm welcome. If you’re new to care, Dr. Jess will talk a bit about chiropractic and what you can expect. She’ll discuss what issue brought you in today, ask you questions to determine if there are any complicating factors, and make sure you feel heard.
Next is the physical exam, which may include chiropractic tests, orthopedic exams, and a neurological sensation test, if appropriate. Where necessary, we refer out for X-rays.
After Dr. Jess reviews your results, you’ll receive your first adjustment, if there are no indications to the contrary. Please allow 45 minutes for this visit.
