Dr. Jess is always continuing to learn and has taken countless seminars in multiple modalities, allowing her to have many options to provide you with the care you need. She continues to enhance her skills in multiple techniques and ways of helping people reconnect to their body. This allows her to listen to the body of whoever's on the table and to understand what they need at that moment. It's not the same adjustment every time.
